Our private dental practice based in Alverstoke, Gosport offers a complete range of dental treatments giving you flexibility and choice. Should you require treatment, we will always discuss your options with you and plan the most appropriate care based on your requirements and wishes.

 

We like to get to know our patients personally and take the time to listen and understand what you would like to achieve in terms of dental health and appearance.

EMERGENCIES:

For regular attenders of the practice who have an emergency please contact the practice in the morning before 10.00 am (if a weekday) or leave a message on the answerphone. We will aim to book an appointment within 24 hours. For the provision of dental services outside normal surgery hours please contact the Dental Emergency Helpline on: 111 or visit

FREE SMS/EMAIL REMINDERS:

We can now offer both email and SMS reminders of appointments that are sent 2 working days before your appointment. Ask at reception.

APPOINTMENTS:

You can request an appointment online using this form.

This will send us an email directly and our reception will call you back to confirm a date best for you and take a deposit where applicable.

If you have to cancel an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice so that we can offer the time to someone waiting for treatment. We may make a charge for short notice cancellations or missed appointments.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE:

In our practice, we take complaints very seriously and try to ensure that all our patients are satisfied with their experience of our service. When patients complain, they are dealt with courteously and promptly so that the matter is resolved as quickly as possible. This procedure is based on these objectives.
